本次展覽呈現藝術家盧宇的陶瓷雕塑創作，其作品以獸類造型為基礎，結合多種成形技法，使具象的動物形體在局部變化中，展現富含創造力與獨特美感的生命形象。藝術家透過選取、關注與聯想動物姿態，將感知經驗與自我對話轉化為創作，讓模糊的形象開始逐漸明晰，最終孕育為獨立的存在。

即使是觀看同一事物，因為每個人擁有不同的世界觀和感受性，所見皆有微妙的不同，而正是因為這些微小的差異，造就了獨一無二卻也孤獨的個體。
盧宇的創作關注於「怪異與壓抑之美」，試圖在異常與常規之間尋找新的可能性。他的作品不僅顛覆對「不正常」的固有認知，更嘗試將其轉化為獨特而美麗的存在。
從早期對變形人體的探索，延伸至居住環境中常見的動物，進而發展出對具有鮮明造型與象徵性的生物形象的關注。他深受自然題材的能量與生命力吸引，並從神話中所記敘的生物汲取靈感，試圖建構出一種象徵靜謐力量、完滿而自成一格的生命形態。
透過獸型與自然元素的結合，藝術家試圖探尋生命最純粹的本質。盧宇以主觀的想像融合多種元素，塑造出虛構而完整的生物個體，藉此描繪心靈意識的多重面向。如果能拋開表面形象，讓生命順應內在的邏輯自由生長，也許每個生命，都能逐步邁向一個如其所是的自我。
The sculptural works of LU Yu are rooted in animal forms, intertwining diverse shaping techniques to infuse each figure with subtle transformations. Within these familiar yet altered bodies, the artist seeks to evoke a sense of life—one that is both imaginative and singular in its beauty. By selecting, observing, and weaving associations with animal postures, LU Yu records an inner landscape of perception. Each creation begins as a blurred vision, gradually gaining clarity through an intimate dialogue with the self, until it emerges as an independent entity.

Even when gazing upon the same object, no two people perceive it in exactly the same way. Individual perceptions are shaped by the contours of their inner worlds, rendering each vision subtly distinct. It is through the accumulation of these minute differences that one becomes unique—yet in that very uniqueness, there is also solitude.
For LU Yu, the act of creation is a way of transmuting internal perceptions into tangible forms, using animals as vessels to embody fleeting thoughts and emotions. Drawn to the beauty of the strange and the repressed, the artist seeks to turn the abnormal into something extraordinary. Every so-called "deviation" holds another possibility: to transform into something rare and remarkable.
From early explorations of distorted human figures to depictions of animals drawn from the everyday, LU Yu’s work has expanded toward creatures with striking forms and symbolic resonance. Captivated by the energy and vitality of the natural world, the artist also finds inspiration in mythological beings, stirring a desire to construct life forms of their own—creatures that embody a quiet strength, a sense of wholeness, and a presence that exists entirely on its own terms.
Through the interplay of bestial forms and natural elements, LU Yu seeks to distill the essence of life in its purest state. By blending imagination with a multitude of elements, the artist composes fictional yet self-contained beings that mirror the many facets of inner consciousness. If surface appearances were set aside and each existence allowed to unfold freely according to its intrinsic rhythm, perhaps every life form could gradually become its truest self.
